Dimensional tolerance of cast iron welding surface plate refers to the difference between the two allowed limit sizes. In this tolerance, the iron casting can meet the needs of processing, assembling and using.
Dimensional accuracy depends on the design craft and the strict system of controlling; the main influencing factors are as following:
Complexity of casting structure;
Iron casting design and craft level;
Quality and precision grade of molding, core making machine and tooling equipment;

The cast iron Welding surface plates’ specification is 1000x1000-3000x8000mm. The max size is 4000x8000mm, if larger than this size, jointing together is ok. Customized sizes are acceptable following customers’ indicate.
They are used for the workers to weld something, and different from the rivet welding surface plate, there is no hole on their surface, flat or T-slot is available.

Precision grade is 1, 2 and 3. The looking appearance of working surface is rectangular, square and circular.

There are V, T, U slots, round holes and slot holes on their surface in order to fit for different requirement.
